•Airport Pickup fee is US$100. Optional one-way transfer to or from JFK, Newark or LaGuardia airports.
•Requests for airport transfer must be received via e-mail or fax at least 48 hours prior to the arrival or departure time. You can E-mail or Print Out and fax to our student advisor to request a transfer service.

Terms and Conditions - Accommodations
•Requests for living accommodations must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the start date.
•Accommodations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for students beyond the dates of their English course.
•We cannot guarantee space in your first choice of accommodations
•Double rooms are for 2 students arriving together.
•Prices are subject to change.
•One month deposit is required for student type dormitories.
Cancellation & Refund Policy - Accommodations
•A 4 weeks notice to change your accommodations is required.
•There are no refunds or accommodation changes on stays of four weeks or less.
•The initial accommodations placement service is free upon 2 weeks prior to the start date. However, a fee of $30 will be charged for all accommodation changes made after the arrival date.
•Refunds will be made within 30 days, to the person or agency that paid the school. Students who have paid for their accommodations through agents must apply to that agency for a refund.
