ESL Faculty Profile:
Elizabeth Conlon
Ms. Conlon has seven years of experience in
teaching English to adults both in the classroom
and on a one-on-one basis.
She is a certified
TESOL teacher from Trinity College. Ms. Colon
holds two Bachelor degrees from the US and
UK. In addition to teaching, she is also a talented
actress.
She has integrated her acting experiences
into ESL teaching to make language
learning a fun experience.
Ms. Jarolyn Alvarez has experience teaching ESL in both the United State and abroad. She worked as an ESL teacher in Brazil, where she taught students of all ages in the classroom as well as in private lessons. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Tulane University in New Orleans.
Ms. Rhodes Chadwick passion for teaching English came from her grandmother. As a child Rhodes helped her grandmother to learn English, this ultimately inspired Rhodes to become an English teacher. Rhodes received her Bachelor of Science of degree in childhood education from St. John’s University. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She has been working at Xincon for a year where she enjoys being able to learn from the students’ diverse backgrounds.
