Workforce Development
The Workforce 1 Career Center is a Government organization which was formed to help local residents who are unemployed or underemployed to gain the job they want. Xincon Technology and Workforce1 Career Centers are working together to provide a full array of free job training, recruitment, and placement services to local residents. Eligible candidates can obtain an Individual Training Account (ITA), a voucher that will help to cover the cost of job training and employment services provided by Xincon at our location.
